Iraqi Delegation (10 Attendees)

An official group of attendees will be invited through the Iraq Ministry of Oil.  As a sponsor you will have the opportunity of presenting to the delegation in a room at the exhibition centre or hosting the group for a lunch or dinner. The sponsor is also entitled to inclusion of it’s logo on the Iraqi official pavilion shell scheme which has been donated by the organisers free of charge.

Registration for the conference and exhibition will be carried out through the MEOS 2011 official website, with all delegates, visitors and exhibitors registering online. Your company name and logo will be prominently displayed on the registration website with a link to your company website, the confirmation of registration page which all delegates must print and bring with them to the event to obtain a badge, and the registration counter at the exhibition centre during the event.

Golf Tournament

The MEOS 2011 Invitational Golf Competition will take place on the evening of Tuesday 15 March at the Royal Golf Club’s Montgomerie Championship course. This informal competition is open to all MEOS 2011 participants, and promises to be an excellent opportunity to unwind and network in a beautiful setting out of exhibition hours. Your company logo will be prominently displayed on signage at the event and on event invitations.

General Support

Show your support of the Middle East and MEOS 2011 by contributing to the conference general fund.  All monies contributed will go to offset conference expenses.
